Syndication nears close on Cerba leveraged loan

Senior banks have been signed into the Eu287m financing backing the buy-out of French laboratory testing group Cerba European Lab by private equity group PAI. The deal, which was underwritten by six banks, had been launched into a limited syndication in early July. One banker close to the loan said this would be wrapped up shortly. ..
