RBS recovers after wobble, senior FIG market still open, although less frenetic

Although the pace of issuance was not as hectic as last week, the senior financial institution market had another good week for primary volumes. On Tuesday, the market looked like it was going through a wobble when a 10 year Eu1bn deal for Royal Bank of Scotland widened by a couple of basis points after pricing, but issuance continued apace and the RBS deal recovered and was more or less back to reoffer on Thursday. ..
