Tatneft entices and Gazprom-N cajoles banks eager for Russia

Oil companies Gazprom Neft and Tatneft have made substantial progress in the last week towards obtaining the first Russian syndicated loans of the year, said bankers close to the deals. Lenders have jumped at the rare opportunity to add Russian corporate risk from a key sector while so few other borrowers from the country seem likely to issue this year. ..
